2. Job Summary
  • Assist the Sports Department in the planning, supervising, implementation and running of all Sports Department related events/activities/functions involving the club.
3. Job Tasks
  • Works closely with the Sports Operations team to be support for the general running of the club’s sport and activity related programs and
    functions.
  • To be the liaison at times with outside sports teams, associations, companies and organizations.
  • Assisting with the creation; preparation; promotion; implementation; support; and follow-up efforts for various sports department related
    events & activities.
  • Maintain & update schedules, records, uniforms, prizes, and various sports and recreational activities related items.
  • Assisting with sourcing, booking, promotion and organizing various YC&AC sporting and club activities and excursions.
  • At times, will be asked to take a leadership role in the running & creation of various club activities & events when required.
  • Ensure that all communication in/outside the club is done in a professional and timely manner.
4.Required Skills:
  • conversational English & Japanese language ability (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Ability to communicate via email and telephone in a professional manner (in both English & Japanese).
  • Proficiency with Office Tools, such as: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A team-player with a positive attitude and a desire to provide great member service.

Requirement
-PC skills, excel, word, power point, and any POS system experience preferred.
-Bilingual, English/Japanese
-Available on weekends

Restaurant & Bar Manager

Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Manage the day to day operations of Restaurant and Bar.
– Ensure all daily tasks and duties are conducted by all team members.
– Maintain accurate revenue at restaurant and bar.
– Conduct monthly inventory of beverage and operating supplies.
– Ensure all staffs are working within scheduled times and overtime is managed according to Club HR
policies.
– Liase with Club Members and Guests.
– Ensure Statutory hygiene measures are adhered to.
– Coach and Train employees to develop efficiencies and skills is food & beverage service.
– Lead the team to provide highest level of service for Club Members and Guests.
– Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are in order and reported on time.
– Ability to create opportunities from difficult situations.
– Handle Club Members and Guests complaints in a professional manner.
– Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
