In the spring of 2011 YC&AC completed a major refurbishment project which included the establishment, on the site of the old dining room, of a brand new kitchen and restaurant.

The restaurant is named in honor of the Club's founder, James Pender Mollison.

Mollison's serves fine food and beverages from around the world, morning to night.
