
Founded in 1868, YC&AC is a proud founding member of Yokohama's vibrant international community and remains an influential presence in local sports and social circles to this day. Education
The children of YC&AC members attend a variety of Japanese and international schools in Yokohama and Tokyo. Historically YC&AC has enjoyed particularly close relationships with the Club's close neighbors Saint Maur International School (http://www.stmaur.ac.jp/) and Yokohama International School (http://www.yis.ac.jp/). Thousands of alumni from these schools have fond memories of YC&AC from their childhood.
YC&AC hosts on its own grounds Green Hill Child Development Center and Green Hills Daycare Center (www.gh-alae.com).

Rugby
The YC&AC Ist XV play in the Japan Rugby Football Union's East Japan Top Club League (http://jrfu.org/)

Football
The YC&AC Ist and 2nd XIs play in the Tokyo Metropolis League (http://www.footyjapancompetitions.com/). YC&AC also hosts many TML games not directly involving the Club's own football teams.
The YC&AC Over 35s play mostly friendly fixtures organized with the cooperation of the Yokohama Football Association (http://www.yokohama-fa.or.jp/index.html). In the summer, the Over 35s play in the Kanagawa Football Association's Masters League (http://www.kanagawa-fa.gr.jp/senior/index.htm).

The British Football Academy (http://www.british-football-academy.com/) has held soccer school classes at the Club for many years.

Baseball

Basketball
Pape Mour Faye, a professional basketball player with Yokohama B-Corsairs (http://b-corsairs.com/), served as a coach and intern at YC&AC in the summer of 2011.
