Following the Annual General Meeting of May 15, 2011, the YC&AC Board of Directors is comprised as below. The term of office is one year for all officers, except for Directors, whose term is three years. All officers are eligible for re-election.

The Club's Articles of Association state that "the Board of Directors may establish Committees to assist the Board in supervising specific functions of the Club, which the Board of Directors shall from time to time deem necessary. The charter and duties of each Committee shall be defined by the Board of Directors, to which the Committees shall serve in an advisory role."

Any member may volunteer to serve on a Committee. Not all Committees have a Chair or Vice Chair at any given time.

Committees are currently established for the realms of House and Grounds, Sports, Entertainment, Food and Beverages, Marketing and Communications, and Membership and Rules.
